Shipping
The shipping costs are calculated flat-rate with 6.90 € * for national shipments or 19.90 € * for deliveries within the EU. For orders within the EU, VAT is waived. Only on presentation of a valid VAT ID. (The individual countries are listed below).For shipments outside the EU, we charge shipping costs of 30,00 € net (shipping including VAT is 35,70 € *).
We ship on weekdays (Monday-Friday) with DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution).Shipping is free from an order value of EUR 200.00 net within Germany and EUR 400.00 within the European Union, as well as Switzerland and the UK.
Delivery to the following countries (no islands):
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 2-3 days for international deliveries within 3-6 days after receipt of payment. Please note that on Sundays and bank holidays, no transportation and distribution will take place. If you have ordered a product with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a regular shipment, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is calculated according to the article with the longest delivery time. If there is a product ordered, but currently out of stock, you will be charged the shipping costs for the subsequent delivery.

Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland is only possible up to an invoice value of 999 € net (including shipping costs). From a net value of 1000.00 Euro net import formalities are due, which unfortunately we can not offer. However, it is possible to divide your order into several individual orders. Since Switzerland is not a member of the EU, you will be charged customs duties and the Swiss VAT. In our shipping fee, the customs fees (package) are already included. You may incur costs or taxes that are not paid by us or are not charged by us.
VALUE ADDED TAX & EXPORT CAREThe prices in our shop which were displayed are plus VAT. On the invoice, the VAT amount is shown separately (except consumer purchases). The invoice will be sent after receipt of payment. For deliveries to German or other addresses in the EU, we do not issue export certificates. Subsequent reimbursement of VAT, e.g., with personal export from Germany, is not possible.
