Order process

1. Select the products and add them to the Cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. That will put your selection in the cart. You can change this selection at any time until submitting your order by changing the number of products, by deleting the checkbox "Remove" or by canceling the order process by leaving the online shop. By clicking on the button "Checkout," you will get to the next order step.

2. Go to checkout

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with the data protection regulations (see privacy policy). Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not occur. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the button "Next," you will get to the next order step.

3. Check billing address/select method of payment

Now check your billing address and enter your desired method of payment. By clicking the button "Next," you will get to the next order step.

4. Check shipping address / Select shipping method

Now check your shipping address and enter your preferred shipping method. By clicking the button "Next," you will get to the next order step.

5. Complete order process / accept terms and conditions and privacy

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address, and your contact details. Check that all information is correct, and please read the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy (checkmark). By clicking on the button "send an order," you send your order to us. At this moment, you make a legally binding offer.
